Breakfast is eaten in two parts- oats, then eggs.
The oats go like this:
1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup oats splash milk
Eggs:
1/2 cup egg whites 2 eggs
Mix up the oats while you’re waiting for the kid’s bus to show up. Since greek yogurt tastes like death I usually dip the tip of my spoon in some brown sugar before I mix everything up to take the edge off the bitterness. Eat the oats while you watch the eggs cook, then schlop the eggs into the same bowl. Dash of Tabasco, pinch of salt, eat, boom, done, go take a shower and head upstairs.

If we have a breakfast casserole one evening I’ll usually sub leftovers of that in for the oatmeal and dump my eggs over the top. I’ve also been experimenting with pinto beans, but it turns out beans are highly caloric and I haven’t figured out if they’re worth it yet.
